Meredith Marder
ATTORNEY. ADVENTURER.
Hi, I’m Meredith, founder of Marder Law. I advise business clients on issues including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. I assist real estate clients with commercial leases and acquisitions. I especially enjoy business strategy—whether you’re bringing an idea to life, growing an existing business, or selling to move on to the next adventure!
Before focusing exclusively on transactional law, I represented businesses and governmental entities in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on appeals. That experience included administrative hearings, trial practice in state and federal court, and appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and various United States Courts of Appeals. I also clerked and externed for federal and state judges. I use this experience to spot and mitigate litigation risks for my business clients.
In addition to my love of strategy, I love traveling and adventuring with my dogs and mountain bike. (The pictures on this site are from my adventures—that’s Crested Butte, Colorado, above!) Thanks to the wonders of technology, I am able to practice law and help my clients from nearly anywhere in the world. When I’m not exploring, I’m based in Tucson, Arizona.
